From the time we receive the product from our customers, or we receive the video made with the mobile phone, the duration until we publish the 3D image on your account is 7 to 10 days.
As a general rule, our processes and technology used in the process allow us to scale the creation of 3D images to scale, with the same delivery time.
For now, it is available to sellers in the United States and Europe.
Generally speaking, you can create a 3D image of all products available on Amazon.
Amazon has some limitations:
- Products made with a lot of hair or very dense fur
- Products with very complex geometries or textures
- Some packs or bundles consist of a large number of products and/or items
- Products composed of several transparent layers
A product is eligible for scanning if:
- It has a 3D customer experience (e.g., View in 3D, View in your room, Virtual try-on in AR).
- The Seller is registered for the product brand in the Brand Registry Program
- Amazon no longer has a 3D model of the product.
- That it has not been attempted to be scanned and has been rejected by another seller previously.
- Amazon will attempt to create a 3D model from any completed scan, but not all products can be successfully modeled from a scan.
We always recommend sending products to our warehouses, which are available in each region, to maximize the quality of the video from which the 3D image is created. However, it is not strictly necessary.
If you don't want to or can't ship your products, we'll give you basic instructions for making a video of them using your mobile phone. No advanced video skills are needed; simply follow the instructions and use an iPhone.
