Key Responsibilities
- Successfully achieve and exceed specified targets and performance objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maximize additional revenue opportunities.
- Develop initiatives that build long-term strategic relationships and results.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, meetings, call management, and lead generation.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to achieve customer expectations and goals.
Your Experience
- In-depth Amazon Seller/Vendor Central knowledge (operations, sales, logistics, performance, sales, logistics, performance, brand analytics…).
- Minimum 2 years of account management experience on Amazon.
- Minimum 4 years of sales and account management experience in online services or agencies.
- Strategic and target-driven key account management experience is essential.
- Proven track record in similar positions.
- Recognized reporting ability and goal achievements.
- Strong business acumen – with a growth mindset.
- Team management experience
- Advanced level of Excel
- Advanced level of English
